These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeDo Home Service Platform (“WeDo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Role

WeDo provides an online platform that helps connect customers with independent service providers and contractors.

WeDo does not itself perform home services, employ providers as employees, or guarantee the quality, timing, legality, safety, or outcome of any service offered or performed by third parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the platform. By using WeDo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

4. User Requests and Provider Services

When a customer submits a request through WeDo, the platform may share relevant information with independent service providers to help facilitate a response or potential booking.

Any agreement for services is solely between the customer and the independent provider. WeDo is not a party to that agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Payments

Payments, fees, deposits, or charges may be handled directly between users or through third-party payment processors, depending on how the platform is configured.

WeDo is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, off-platform arrangements, or the performance of third-party payment services, except as required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the platform for unlawful purposes;
• provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• interfere with platform security, functionality, or performance;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or abusive content;
• misuse communications, leads, or information received through the platform.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraudulent activity, or harmed other users or the platform.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeDo disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WeDo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that service providers will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeDo and its affiliates, owners, operators, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, any liability of WeDo arising out of or related to the platform will be limited to the amount paid by you to WeDo, if any, during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeDo and its affiliates, owners, operators, and representatives from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your content, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, services, or payment processors. WeDo is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
